The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and email marketing.
1. Content Creation & Social Media:
* Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.com
* Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media, advertisements, and brand awareness
* Evaluate content effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
2. SEO & Website Optimization:
* Improve website visibility through effective SEO techniques
* Optimize website landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates
* Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations
3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:
* Develop and manage advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
* Implement A/B testing to refine marketing efforts
4. Cold Outreach & Lead Generation:
* Design and implement automated email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
* Evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust messaging strategies
* Maintain accurate records of campaign engagement and performance
5. Brand Development & Strategy:
* Collaborate with the team to refine and define the company's brand identity and messaging
* Evaluate consistency across all marketing materials, online presence, and advertising campaigns
* Identify new marketing opportunities to expand brand awareness
6. Marketing Design & Content Creation:
* Create visually appealing advertisements, social media graphics, and marketing materials
* Write compelling ad copy, email campaigns, and website content
7. Analytics & Reporting:
* Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics and other tools
* Provide data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions
* Present regular campaign reports to stakeholders
