We're expanding our team and looking for an Italian-Speaking Digital Content Moderator to help us continue our mission from the vibrant city of Porto. What You'll Do:
1. Moderate and review content (texts, images, videos) in Italian, ensuring it aligns with our community standards and legal requirements.
2. Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech, harassment, explicit material, and spam to ensure a positive experience for all users.
3. Make quick, fair, and consistent moderation decisions to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
4. Collaborate with global teams to tackle complex content issues and continuously improve moderation processes.
5. Stay up-to-date with emerging online trends, new challenges in digital content moderation, and online safety practices.
6. Work efficiently to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining high standards of moderation quality.
What We're Looking For:
1. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
2. Good command of English (for communication with internal teams).
3. Experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is an advantage.
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, fair decisions.
5. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of online safety, community guidelines, and digital security.
7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
8. A proactive mindset with a passion for creating a safe and positive digital space.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with content moderation tools or platforms.
2. Understanding of internet culture, social media trends, and current online issues.
3. A background in compliance, legal, or media industries is a bonus.
