Key Responsibilities
* Manage existing accounts and provide technical guidance to customers on our products.
* Qualify new leads/prospects, assess their sales potential, and route them to the appropriate channel accordingly.
* Create quotes within our CRM Systems or HBK Shop.
* Maintain up-to-date customer/prospect contact information, including industry and interests, within the CRM.
* Direct customer requests to repair, calibration, engineering, service, and academy if needed.
