Our signature products help diners discover and book tables, and empower restaurants with digital tools to manage bookings, revenue and marketing.


What will you do?

* Make outbound calls to our current customers to present solutions that will generate significantly more revenue with TheFork month over month.
* Support Restaurants mainly through email and phone, helping them with their positioning strategy, revenue management and online marketing.
* Sell, upsell and retain products and customers.
* Act as the primary point of contact and build long‑term relationships with customers.
* Ensure support and training for using our tools.
* Track key performance indicators such as products sold and maintained, customer engagement with TheFork tools, and the number and quality of restaurants participating in TheFork Festivals.


Who are you?

* Experience in pitching and selling promotions, deals or flash sales.
* Experience with a high volume (45‑50) of outbound and inbound calls and managing portfolios with numerous accounts (from 400 to 800).
* Experience as a sales representative or account manager.
* Preferred experience with restaurants and e‑commerce.
* Native Portuguese and fluent English is a must.
