Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team responsible for digital procurement and business process solutions.
* Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital solutions, from requirements definition through implementation and continuous improvement.
* Drive standardization, scalability, and reuse of digital solutions while allowing for necessary customization.
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support onboarding, transformation, and change initiatives.
* Act as a senior advisor on digital procurement processes and enabling technologies.
* Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation across business processes.
* Ensure high quality, governance, and risk management across digital solution delivery.
* Contribute to strategic initiatives and support solution design for client or business growth opportunities.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (e.g. Source-to-Contract, Purchase-to-Order).
* Proven experience delivering digital or technology-enabled business solutions.
* Solid background in business process design, optimization, or transformation.
* Experience working with enterprise platforms or digital ecosystems.
* Demonstrated people leadership or team coordination experience.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Experience working in complex, cross-functional, or international environments.
