Role Overview
As Business Controller, you will act as the budgetary and strategic driver, supporting the company's pursuit of commercial performance. You will collaborate closely with Management, working in line with Group directives.
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure financial and budgetary management.
* Participate in defining objectives for the controlling department.
* Monitor results and analyse business development.
* Produce reports for Management and the Group.
* Develop and update control tools (e.g., Customer/Vendor mix, Product mix, stock).
* Provide financial and non-financial management information.
* Support functional managers.
* Contribute to reporting processes at both national and Group levels, including monthly closings, forecasts, budgets, and planning.
* Analyse reports and discrepancies; provide recommendations.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses.
* Develop business measures to improve financial performance, and monitor their effectiveness.
Your Profile
* Higher education (business school or university degree).
* Minimum of 5 years' successful professional experience in finance (Business Controller/Finance Controller), preferably within IT or B2B distribution.
* Experience in team management.
* Business-oriented, with strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of financial metrics.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* International and multicultural profile, able to collaborate with colleagues across countries.
* Strong work ethic, resilience under pressure, positive team spirit, ability to meet multiple deadlines, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese
