Job Purpose The Integrations Analyst is responsible for the communication, management, execution and maintenance of integrations projects that allow for the integration between Autodoc's supply chain IT systems and Supplier's ERP.
This particular position is focused on support of existing integrations and related processes.
Responsibilities Support integration projects, ensuring successful maintenance within scope and timeline.
Manage the communication and collaboration with involved parties: IT integration department on the Supplier side, Autodoc development teams and commercial teams to plan, execute and report the status of a given task.
Provide 1st and 2nd line of support on existing integrations by conducting monitoring and troubleshooting, as well as managing and resolving incidents.
Create and maintain documentation for the internal Autodoc supplier integration knowledge base.
Identify opportunities in both technological and methodology dimensions to provide ideas for continuous improvement and development of the supplier integration service to colleagues and management.
Understand, coordinate and document integration requirements with stakeholders.
Job Requirements Essential - English (Upper-intermediate).
Fluency in other languages is a plus.
Essential - Proven experience as an integrations analyst, business analyst, 2nd line support or similar.
Strong - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and proactiveness to successfully identify both issues and solutions.
Strong - Ability to execute multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Good - Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team of experts.
Good - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage expected deadlines in a complex environment.
Be flexible in shifting the priorities according to the situation.
Intermediate - Consolidated knowledge in integration technologies (APIs, ETL tools, Enterprise Service Bus), integration protocols (AS2, FTP, HTTPS) and data formats (XML, JSON, IDOC, EDIFACT, etc) Intermediate - Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
Basic - Experience in developing/using observability tools.
Basic - Experience in working with integration platforms (i.E.
SAP Integration Suite, Boomi, Mulesoft) is a plus
