Customer Support Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic team. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.


Main Responsibilities:

* Resolve customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.


Key Requirements:

* C1/C2 level English proficiency.
* Minimum 12 months experience in Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors.
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 24/7.
