Main Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Key Requirements:
* C1/C2 level English proficiency.
* Minimum 12 months experience in Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors.
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 24/7.
