About the Project
ISSHO is a Portuguese company that has developed a combined solution of 3D configurator with a full CRM system. It’s the most complete solution in Smart Industrial Manufacturing, fitting all kinds of products. It allows the company to configure and customize its industrial products in 3D, generating proposals and production support documents instantly, thus increasing the speed and reducing the cost of response to the customer.
The Sales Executive will play a key role in introducing our platform to the market, generating leads,converting prospects into customers, and helping shape the sales strategy as the business grows. Youwill be responsible for understanding our product deeply, identifying customer pain points, andcommunicating how our solution meets their needs.
Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to demos, proposals, andclosing deals.
* Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers across target industries.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize outreach campaigns.
* Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
* Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to influence future development.
* Maintain sales reporting to ensure pipeline transparency and forecasting accuracy.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in software, SaaS, or platform-based solutions.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to explain technical products in a business-oriented way.
* Self-starter mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
* Comfortable in a startup or early-stage company environment.
