Your Mission:
- Install, commission, and test Sidel equipment, including single machines and complete production lines.
- Troubleshoot, prevent, and perform corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and automated machines within high-speed production lines.
- Execute precise technical diagnostics, share feedback with internal support teams, and propose corrective actions.
- Manage equipment upgrades and optimization, including hardware and software updates.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and empower client operators and maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment handling.
- Report after-sales opportunities detected on customer sites.
- Fully comply with Sidel and client safety rules, maintaining clear communication throughout interventions.
Your Profile:
- Technical degree in Automation.
- Understanding of mechanical drawings.
- Strong technical curiosity and eagerness to learn continuously.
- Field experience preferred or strong motivation to learn on the job.
- Fluent in English, essential for working in a multicultural team.
- Willingness to travel extensively (often >80% of the time) and adapt to different international environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
