Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Porto. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT applications and supporting the company's strategic decarbonization targets.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing operational IT support for sustainability and environment solutions worldwide, acting as project manager for small and medium-sized IT projects, and acting as an in-house consultant for IT applications.
">
Additionally, you will actively support process and system consolidation activities, create solution proposals and blueprints for change requests and project requests, ensure software quality for customizing/development by external service providers, and conduct in-house customer training.

About You:
">
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of databases, experience with debugging and programming tasks, and excellent problem-solving skills. You should also be able to remain solution-oriented, open, and flexible even when under pressure.

A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration is preferred, and relevant professional experience is essential.
