Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to airline services in Czech through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information on flight schedules, ticket booking, and travel policies.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance operations.

Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
