Data Orchestration: Collaborate with our data team to solve attribution challenges and leverage first-party data for better targeting. Strategic Advisory: Act as a consultant for clients, connecting the dots between creative performance, landing page conversion, and media spend. Mentorship: Provide tactical guidance to junior team members, elevating the agency's collective performance IQ.QualificationsExperience: 2–4 years of proven success in high-growth Performance Marketing (Agency or D2C Brand side). Platform Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in GA4 and a deep understanding of the current \"post-cookie\" tracking landscape. Language: Fluency in English (C1/C2) is mandatory. Spanish fluency is a significant advantage for our LATAM/ES markets.
