Location: Lisbon, Portugal (with travel to Spain 1 week/month)

As Brand Manager Portugal, you'll lead the growth of our brands by building and executing marketing strategies, driving business performance, and protecting brand equity across all consumer touchpoints. You’ll work closely with local and international teams to bring bold ideas to life and ensure operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead brand strategy and execution with a focus on Trident and other gum brands.
* Co-own the commercial P&L, driving Net Sales and profitability targets.
* Monitor brand performance using Nielsen, SAP, and internal tools.
* Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Group Marketing.
* Lead consumer research and apply insights to improve brand positioning and campaign effectiveness.
* Collaborate with external creative and media agencies for campaign development and activations.
* Manage marketing budgets, forecast promotions, and plan new launches.
* Ensure brand alignment across packaging, communication, digital, and in-store presence.
* Promote and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
What You Bring
* 5–7 years of experience in marketing roles within the FMCG industry (food or confectionery a plus).
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master/MBA is a plus.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English; strong working knowledge of Spanish.
* Strategic thinker with strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Hands-on mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing platforms.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
