Overview
The Sadewasser Research Group focuses on developing micro- and nanostructured solutions to enhance the performance of thin-film solar cells. We seek a Postdoctoral Researcher to work on the project "Functional Layered Materials for Advanced Applications (Funlayers)" under Horizon Europe (Ref: 101079184).
Job Duties
1. Growth of 2D topological insulators materials
2. Characterization of 2D topological insulator materials and devices
Mandatory Qualifications
Education
* PhD in Physics, Physics Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields
Experience and Technical Skills
* Experience with 2D materials, layered materials, and topological insulators
* Growth and characterization of 2D and layered materials
* Fabrication and characterization of electronic devices
Other Valued Skills
* Experience in cleanroom environments
* Molecular beam epitaxy
* Low-temperature characterization techniques
