Why Dive into This Spectacular Adventure?
Own the development and implementation of content from start to finish working with Product/Project Managers, Communications Specialists, Instructional Designers and Trainers Map out and align content plans together with internal and external stakeholders. Identify new/updated content needs and integrating them into existing channels/tools and training materials. Align with Communications to build content delivery plan and communications strategy with associated activities Meet with the Training and Quality teams regularly to understand knowledge gaps/misunderstandings that need to be addressed in the content Train the Trainers on new/updated materials and provide details on what content has changed on a regular basis. Attend trainings once content has been developed to see how content is landing and amend content based on unclarities and commonly occurring questions.
Are You the Maestro We Covet?
Working Knowledge of English and Italian or French 3 to 5 years of experience working as an instructional designer or creating adult learning training material 3 years of experience working in the telecom industry Advance user of PowerPoint and Microsoft suite
