About The Job
Trade & Revenue Management (TRM) Team
are
Commercial Challengers,
stepping in to accelerate self-care simplification. The
Trade and Revenue Operations Lead
position is part of the Western Europe (WEU) TRM Team reporting to WEU Zone TRM Head and working closely with markets across WEU.
Drive higher efficiency
through tools/dashboards across the full spectrum of
TRM levers
(G2N, Pricing, Pack/Price architecture, Channel / Product Mix). He/she will also support WEU TRM Lead in
defining WEU strategies
and plans
based on insights, business objectives and targets.
Main Responsibilities
Drive operational efficiency across TRM pillars:
* Gross to net: Take ownership of WEU G2N monitoring and discussions, diving into the different channels and brands (channel and brand mix) to ensure G2N targets are respected (incl. identifying mitigation plans in case of G2N erosion)
* Pricing: Monitor competitor price moves and drive price increase initiatives leveraging defined pricing strategy (price index vs competitors); also responsible for revisiting price strategy across brands in WEU (including ensuring consistency across the region in both prices and intersize discounts)
* Promo ROI: Develop tools that can be replicated across WEU to understand ROI across customers and promo plans in WEU to further optimise trade spend and identify reallocation where needed
* Ad hoc: Responsible for other ad hoc analyses that support the general WEU TRM objectives (involving RGM levers such as G2N and other commercial KPI's such as SIT)
Elevate WEU's Strategic And Technical Capabilities
* Strategic vision and execution: Work closely with the WEU TRM Head to define overall WEU vision and execute other gaps identified in the RGM Maturity Assessment conducted in 2024.
* RGM initiatives: Coordinate with the local TRM leads in identifying RGM initiatives (linked to portfolio, PPA, and mix) to serve as input for brand plans and in supporting their execution, while also working towards other Global RGM targets
* Global RGM liaison: Serve as main Global RGM point of contact for targets and objectives as well as to adopt other RGM best practices that can be implemented at WEU level
* Reports and tooling: Lead the development and adoption of tools and dashboards, harmonized at WEU level, that support TRM leads in generating insights that support business growth
* Power BI migration: Coordinate with BEx and/or Global RGM team to migrate existing reports from Excel to Power BI, where feasible, to enhance user experience
About You
* Education – bachelor's/master's degree in business / finance / analytics.
* Experience: At least 5 years previous work experience in revenue management, finance and/or commercial. FMCG / consumer healthcare / consultancy background ideal.
* Soft skills: High learning agility. Ability to challenge and drive change. Ability to easily extract insight from data to feed into compelling commercial strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player.
* Technical skills: Strong Excel expertise and analytical skills; Power BI is a strong plus.
* Languages: Fluent in English
