The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with accounting control obligations and procedures across regional finance teams, conducting thorough reviews of control set-ups, and identifying areas for improvement. This includes building strong relationships with stakeholders, analyzing financial reports, and providing recommendations for remediation plans.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with at least 4 years of experience in audit or control functions within the financial services industry. Proven knowledge of IFRS norms and regulations is essential, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
