Work Regime
: Full presential
Main Tasks:
* Effective management of Production Orders, according to planning, as well as rework orders;
* Monitoring of the Daily Production Schedule (PPC);
* Ensure the availability of components at the right time, in the right place;
* Ensure alignment between the SAP system and reality (confirmations vs physical);
* Daily Production Planning (taking into account workload/labor balance, WIP analysis, adherence to planning, available materials, production history, etc.);
* Management of non-conformities: non-conforming parts, over-deliveries, errors in production orders, lost parts, etc.;
* Prepare, participate and lead daily production monitoring meetings, with all elements of the UAP involved, challenging participants to obtain commitments and comply with the planning;
* Build, update and analyze KPI's measuring the execution of the production and delivery plan, defining the improvement plan and associated actions;
* Communication and management of priorities with the UAP elements, with the support of the Production Scheduler, ensuring alignment of all team members.
What are we looking for?
* Academic background in Industrial Engineering or similar;
* At least 1 year of experience in industry;
* Excel course is a plus;
* English B1 mandatory and French is a plus;
* SAP PE1 knowledge is a plus;
* Good skills with MS Office/Google Sheets package;
* Dynamic, adaptable, organized and pro-active;
* Focused on results and meeting deadlines;
* Strong time management and prioritization skills;
* Focus on continuous improvement.
