Customer Care Logistic Technician

Ascenza is the crop Protection branch, a benchmark independent player in the off-patented South-European, Brazilian and Mexican markets, with a leading position in Iberia.
Mission
Perform order receipt and processing activities, sending orders (outbound) to the warehouse, optimizing transportation, and document management for export orders.
Responsibilities
* Receive sales orders/purchase orders from Ascenza member companies (France, Italy, Spain, SELECTIS Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Balkans, ROW, ROVENZA NEXT);
* Create sales orders (when applicable);
* Perform their processing (outbound) and dispatch to the warehouse;
* Coordinate requested shipments with the warehouse;
* Request appropriate transportation; Submit purchase requisitions, verify invoices, perform MIGO, and confirm them in Kofax (Transport/Chamber of Commerce);
* Track deliveries to destinations by carriers;
* Issuing DGDs, packing lists, and dispatch requests (when applicable);
* Requesting certificates of origin and/or certificates of analysis (when applicable);
* SAP dispatch and invoicing of toll products;
* Managing sulfur shipments to Setúbal and to customers coming from AFEPASA;
* Invoicing purchase orders to members;
* Returns (validation and issuance of inbound invoices);
* Sending packaging materials (when requested); creating OVs, outbound invoices, and invoicing;
* Developing, maintaining, and entering data into a shipping cost control spreadsheet.
The talent we are looking for
* 12th grade education or equivalent, or relevant experience in the field;
* Computer literacy from a user's perspective;
* Knowledge of spoken and written English;
* Knowledge of Spanish and French (preferred)
