Adecco is hiring a New Vehicle Trainer based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role supports Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporations Regional Office Americas, which serves as the regional contact point for commercial vehicle operations. The office works closely with headquarters in Kawasaki, Japan, to ensure that vehicles and services meet the specific needs of the Americas markets. The New Vehicle Trainer will report to the Technical Service & Training Manager and will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training for the MFTBC product portfolio across international markets.

What you will Do?
Support headquarters in developing innovative and effective training concepts for international markets
Ensure high-quality product training delivery through a Train-the-Trainer approach
Assist in scheduling and managing annual and quarterly training programs
Participate in event management for training-related activities in international markets
Coordinate with vendors to implement training plans when internal resources are insufficient
Your Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is required
Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
Experience as a trainer or teacher for more than three years, preferably in automotive-related industries
High level of technical knowledge for MFTBC in-production vehicles is necessary
Basic skills in Articulate 360 and Adobe CC are beneficial for training content creation
