Business Solution Specialist
This is an opportunity to take on a challenging role that requires both technical expertise and business acumen. As a Business Solution Specialist, you will work closely with international teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions
* Become familiar with our sophisticated financing products and processes as well as with our business-critical core applications
* Optimize existing solutions and processes, e.g., by process harmonization, consolidation of applications, interfaces, and other IT Services
* Analyze business requirements, document functional specifications and design technical solutions aligned with Siemens standard processes, exchanging with all business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new functionalities and interfaces to other systems
* Be familiar with system compliance, including system security, local regulations, audit requirements and other international standards (e.g., European Banking Authorities rules). Optimize operations while ensuring that regulatory and security requirements, internal and external standards as well as agreed service levels are met
* Contribute to the creation and updating of IT compliance and cyber security documentation
* Be a reliable point of contact for our business and provide support to our end users
Requirements:
* Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business or Business information systems, or equivalent education qualification
* ITIL knowledge and service management experience
* Long term professional experience in ERP solutions as a business analyst in the finance and controlling area, preferably SAP S/4HANA. Certifications are a plus
* 5+ years' experience, preferably in a financial services company, in a technical and managerial support role with business process and system architecture.
* Ideally you have an excellent IT Know-How and experience in Financial Services and related processes gathered through relevant work experiences
* You have experience as member of an international, virtual team and working with external partners
* Analytical, information processing and decision-making competences
* Strong customer orientation
* Professional communication and presentation skills
* Fluent business English language skills (speaking and writing)
