What is this challenge about
- Proactively define technical solutions in collaboration with technical teams (architecture, cyber, integration, etc.);
- Collaborate in designing functional diagrams that support decision-making and serve as the foundation for the technical solution;
- Follow up on developments, quality deployments, and coordination of integrated testing;
- Coordinate UATs with the business before go-live, for projects and other developments;
- Prepare relevant information for the analysis teams;
- Request effort and cost estimates from the technical teams;
- Act as an escalation point for operational incidents related to the platforms in this area;
- Manage incident priorities based on criticality and the number of users affected;
- Regularly monitor the progress of incident resolution.

What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience with similar roles;
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field;
- Experience in incident analysis, resolution, and management;
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with technologies such as Flutter and MERN (mandatory); SQL and Java (optional);
- Ability to analyze system documentation and architecture;
- Knowledge and analytical understanding of the digital ecosystem and its various components (Middleware Systems, CRM, Billing, Apps, Portals, etc.);
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
- Spanish language skills are a plus;
- Proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
