Key Sales Professional Needed
We are searching for a results-driven Key Sales Professional to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods
* Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive communication and negotiation skills
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
* Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities for growth
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
* Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (at least 2 years preferred)
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software
* Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
* Valid work permit for Almada (visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates)
