Descrição

We develop, manufacture and supply dental implants, clear aligners, instruments, CADCAM prosthetics and biomaterials for use in esthetic dentistry, tooth replacement and restoration solutions or to prevent tooth loss.

Main responsibilities

Reporting to Team Lead Portugal, this person will be in charge of orders reception and customer support:

* Customer support, sales, order administration and coordination, claim solving.
* Give advice, orientation and clear up any customer doubts or incidences, bringing up the best solution in each moment.
* Provide information concerning products to our customers (retail prices, technical descriptions...).
* Process, administration of claims vía telephone or e-mail
* Filling documents.
* Explain customers account.
* Any other functions stemming from the needs of the position.

Qualifications

* 2-3 years experience in a customer service position, in a multinational environment preferably.
* Technical, medical or commercial education preferred (BA-level).
* Mastery of computing technology is a plus.
* Knowledge on SAP system valuable.
* Good command in English, oral and written.
* Knowledge in Dental Industry is an advantage.
* Costumer focused, and results orientation.
* Communication and negotiation skills.
* Proactivity.
* Teamwork, collaboration.
* Stress resistance.
