About the JobAs part of the Technology and Software Engineering Unit, you will contribute to the successful technical implementation of the core IT business systems and solutions managed by eu-LISA.
As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and development of large-scale IT systems, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture and organizational goals.
This includes defining secure, scalable architectures, overseeing system integration, setting architectural standards, and providing technical leadership and mentorship while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The technical stack includes:Java developmentcontainerisation (Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat, OpenShift)microservices architectureKafka,PC Server architecture, Linux, Windows, DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines.What are Your tasks: Design and develop large-scale IT systems, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture and organisational goals.Define secure, scalable architectures, oversee system integration, and establish architectural standards.Contribute to the design of Java distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems.Integrate hybrid cloud solutions, enabling seamless on-premise and public cloud scalability.Ensure security by design, scalability, and robustness in system architectures.Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of IT architecture with business needs.What is required of your profile:At least 3 years of professional experience and the ability to perform the duties in the areas described under "Your tasks"Completed university studies of at least 3 years (Degree in IT or related field).
Excellent command of written and spoken English (at least C1 level).What eu-LISA offers (detailed information here salary, including a 14% cost-of-living adjustment for France and a 16% expatriate allowance for non-French nationals living outside of France:€6,300 (less than 2 years of experience)€6,600 (more than 2 years of experience)Your salary may be further enhanced through additional allowances tailored to your family situation.
Salaries are exempt from national taxation but subject to a Community tax.
