We are looking for a
Release Manager
to join our team and coordinate the end-to-end release process across multiple environments. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, high-quality product deliveries.
Mandatory requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Release Manager
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and release activities
• Solid planning and execution of release life cycles and deployment procedures
• Proven ability to manage risks, lead Go-Live activities, and handle release documentation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Desirable skills:
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Experience improving and optimizing release management processes
• Ability to lead readiness reviews and business go/no-go assessments
• Knowledge of configuration management methodologies
• Ability to manage release inventories, risk logs, and communication plans effectively
