About the Opportunity: We are creating a pool of User Research and UX Experts – Public Sector for a new FWC Contract: EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001: Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and conduct surveys to collect user feedback on existing public services.
* Analyse feedback and behavioural data to inform user journey mapping and redesign.
* Support usability testing and inclusive design practices across pilot services.
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in UX research or service design, preferably in government services.
* Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
* Familiarity with WCAG, digital accessibility, and public participation methods.
* Ability to synthesise findings into actionable policy and service design recommendations.
