Job Overview:
The Settlement Account Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the Securities Transaction Management Department.
* Manage client transactions by monitoring pending/failed instructions, detecting errors/discrepancies and providing accurate information to clients via communication channels.
* Develop a deep understanding of clients' specific requirements, market needs, internal processes, and tools.
* Ensure client specific databases and internal procedures are known and updated.
* Communicate effectively with Clients and provide support on daily activities, ensuring a close follow-up on any pending investigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and follow-up of main processes including pre & post settlement activities, clearing, relevant legal documentation, transaction and event-related accounting for securities deemed in scope.
