* Managing and validating invoices from different operations teams
* Assisting in the sharing of information resulting from product analyses and alerting relevant areas to key findings
* Identifying office supply purchasing needs and managing facilities associated with the Torres Vedras office
* Collaborating with the operations team to optimize and build processes
Required Skills:
* Fluency in English
* Proficiency in Excel
* Experience in invoicing
* Results-oriented mindset and analytical ability
