The company
where you will work
A leading multinational currently undergoing
a global digital transformador in the Human Resources area. It is implementing
cutting-edge technological solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, impacting
multiple countries. They are looking for a Project Manager to support the
transformation
for an estimated period of 6 months.
Your new role
You will be responsible for project management, ensuring the
effective implementation of time management and payroll systems. You will
coordinate local and global teams, manage intensive testing, data migration,
and go-live activities, ensuring everything runs within the defined scope,
budget, and timeline.
Oversee the full implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time (global time management) and ADP GlobalView (international payroll system for standardization across countries) & Celergo (complementary payroll database solution).
Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met according to the defined scope, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate testing activities (UAT, parallel runs, scenario execution), ensuring that issues are recorded, resolved, and closed.
Oversee data migration activities, including extraction, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation across multiple countries.
Manage dependencies between different project areas (testing, data, integrations, change, local SMEs, and vendors).
Facilitate effective communication among
all stakeholders.
What you need to succeed
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR/Payroll project management
Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
Advanced Excel skills and strong data orientation (mandatory)
Fluent English, Portuguese is a plus, and experience in multicultural environments
Proactive profile with strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and initiative to propose solutions
Ability to be hands-on and coordinate intensive operational testing
