Team Lead / Senior Java Developer for Mobility Business (m/d/f) Your key responsibilities Act as a central communication hub between COC and Sqills. Organise regular team office days and ensure hybrid work policies are respected. Support cross‐team initiatives and foster collaboration. Collaborate on software used to find and book seats for major international travel brands like Eurostar, Renfe and SNCF. Optimize the processing of asynchronous requests for high‐availability, high‐performance components and secure the processes as possible. Improve development pipelines or help analyse new feature requests. Continuously refactor code to improve its quality and performance. AI‐assisted data analysis: using tools with integrated AI to interpret dashboards, generate insights and support data‐driven decision‐making. Critical interaction with AI systems: knowing how to formulate instructions (prompts), assess the quality of generated responses and apply critical thinking to validate and adapt results to the project context.
