Customer Support Representative with French
We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team in Lisbon as a Customer Support Representative with French language skills.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong technical aptitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for assisting others. As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional support via phone, email, chat & social media, handling product and service-related inquiries with care and accuracy.
You will suggest and support process improvements to enhance customer experience, collaborate with Sales, Marketing & other teams to resolve issues, and leverage your problem-solving skills to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
To be successful in this role, you will need native or fluent French (C2) & solid English skills (B2+), excellent listening skills, ability to think critically, tech-savviness with smartphones, tablets, and computers, customer-first attitude, proactive mindset, and previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus.
