As part of this growth journey, they are seeking a Growth Director to play a key leadership role in shaping and accelerating business expansion.
Your new role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy in Portugal, with a strong focus on building a predictable and scalable pipeline. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Leading the definition and execution of the go-to-market strategy.
* Building and managing a high-quality pipeline of opportunities.
* Driving new business development through structured outbound strategies.
* Developing and positioning strong value propositions across key areas (e.g. digital, omnichannel, AI, MarTech).
* Improving conversion rates and overall commercial performance.
* Leading pre-sales activities and supporting complex, high-value deals.
* Ensuring alignment between commercial commitments and delivery capabilities.
* Collaborating closely with marketing, delivery and leadership teams.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* 8+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership or growth roles.
* Proven track record in managing and closing complex, consultative sales cycles.
* Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
* Ability to define strategy and translate it into actionable plans and results.
* Experience in consulting, digital services or technology-driven environments.
* Strong commercial mindset with a focus on results and accountability.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.
