We are looking for a passionate and skilled NOC Network Technician to join our team

Your Responsibilities:
* Handling user requests via phone or through the incident management system (Service Desk)
* Logging all requests (incidents and service requests)
* Performing initial troubleshooting directly with the user
* Escalating issues to the 2nd Line team or other relevant entities
* Closing requests with detailed documentation for future analysis
* Providing status updates to end users and/or the client
Qualifications
* Over 3 years of experience in technical networking roles, preferably in a NOC environment
* Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networks, including IPv4 and IPv6 implementations
* Understanding of routing protocols, especially BGP
* Experience with SDWAN
* Familiarity with technologies such as: Ethernet, GPON, MPLS, VPLS, SNMP, VRRP, HSRP, VLAN (802.1q), ACLs, L2TP, Radius, IPSEC, GRE
* Knowledge of ITIL best practices
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Proactive, autonomous, and able to handle pressure
* Availability to work in rotating shifts (7h30-15h30; 15h30-23h30; 23h30-7h30)
Mandatory Technical Requirements:
* CCNA or CCNP Enterprise certification
