We are seeking a D&M Business Analyst to join our Deployment & Maintenance (D&M) Team.
This role will be pivotal in gathering and prioritizing requirements for all tooling needs, ensuring that our solutions drive efficiency, improve user experience, and optimize financial impact.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and the ability to perform user acceptance testing for tooling implementations.
This is a hybrid position, ideally based in Portugal but open to one of the offices in Lisbon, Porto, Madrid, Milan, Brussels, Paris or Amsterdam .
What will be your responsibilities?
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, objectives, and goals related to deployment and maintenance tooling; Analyze and prioritize requirements based on their effect on user experience, operational efficiency, and financial considerations; Perform thorough testing and validation of tooling solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and quality standards; Map existing processes within D&M and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement through technology and automation; Collect and interpret data to provide insights that will shape the development and evolution of our tooling systems; Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication of priorities and progress; Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test cases, process workflows, and impact assessments; Stay up to datewith industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the D&M team.What are the requirements to join us in this position?
5 to 8 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar positions; Proven experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and UAT execution ; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable improvements; Familiarity with deployment, maintenance, or field service operations is a plus; Knowledgeof business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight, or similar) and process mapping tools is an advantage; Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills; Ability to workcross-functionally in a fast-paced, growing company ; Fluent inEnglish (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.What will you get if you join us in this position?
