Cloud Platform Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure using Azure services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering principles, experience with cloud-native development and deployment methodologies, and expertise in Azure platform architecture and best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based infrastructure using Azure services.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git Ops principles using tools like Git Hub Actions or similar tools.
Maintain and troubleshoot cloud-based systems, ensuring high uptime and performance. Requirements:
At least 8 years of professional experience working as a Platform Engineer, with proven expertise in Azure environment.
Strong foundation in software engineering principles and practices, with a focus on cloud-native development and deployment methodologies.
Extensive knowledge with Azure platform, architecture and best practices - including relevant Azure services to cloud software development, AKS, networking, storage and other services crucial to Kubernetes deployment.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git Ops principles, ideally with expertise in Git Hub Actions or similar tools, and their integration with Kubernetes and Azure Resource Manager.
Proficiency in programming languages - like Go, C#, Java Script, Python - and scripting languages - like Bash or Shell.
Understanding of user experience (UX) and developer experience (Dev X) concepts, focusing on designing and building user-friendly cloud-bases tools and platforms. Benefits & Perks:
