Internal Sales
The Internal Sales team is responsible for the entire order intake process for key customer accounts.
This involves ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all incoming orders, as well as providing support to colleagues in different affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify offers in the calculator program to eliminate errors
* Send orders to SAP
* Prepare invoicing schedules for the finance department
* Communicate with various departments (engineering, planning, purchase, transport, finance) to ensure smooth order processing
* Direct communication with end customers regarding scheduled delivery of orders
* Serve as a single point of contact for all order intake-related inquiries
Requirements:
* A degree and 1-3 years' experience in an administrative role
* Precise in administrative tasks
* Enjoy communicating with diverse people from international departments
* A team player
* Comfortable working in a challenging environment with varied tasks
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
* Proficient in MS Office package
* Fluent in English; French and other languages are a plus
* Knowledge of SAP is a plus
