Job Opportunity for Senior Merchant Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist merchants during onboarding by providing training and guidance on platform tools.
* The ideal candidate will be able to identify at-risk merchants using operational data, then proactively engage with them to address concerns and retain their business.
* In the case of churned merchants, it will be necessary to reconnect with them, diagnose the reasons behind their departure, and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
* Responsibilities also include handling inbound merchant queries efficiently, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
Required Skills:
* Fluency in local languages and English is essential.
* Candidates must possess strong customer engagement and communication skills, as well as analytical thinking and metric interpretation abilities.
* Sales and negotiation experience are highly valued.
* The successful candidate will be comfortable using CRM & communication tools (Salesforce, Whatsapp etc.).
* Adaptability to fast-paced environments is a must.
