Job Title: IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.
* Provide technical support in multiple languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian.
* Troubleshoot hardware software network and system issues on various platforms.
* Record track and document service desk incidents and requests.
* Evaluate escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
* Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved and document solutions for knowledge base use.
* Assist with user account management password resets access rights and onboarding offboarding.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting MacOS iOS and Android devices as well as familiarity with remote desktop tools and basic networking concepts.
