/liliAutomate tasks and deployments using GitLab and Ansible; participate in weekly release reviews.
/liliSupport the observability POC (Grafana Mimir, Loki, Alloy) on OpenShift using Helm and GitLab CI.
/liliContribute to the migration of Grafana Central to OpenShift and suggest improvements in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
/liliCollaborate with the ITSM team using tools such as OBM, SiteScope, Prometheus, and Python scripts for automation.
/liliCoordinate with developers, QA, and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure platform stability.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat You Need to Bring: /strong /pulliSolid experience in application or platform support (Tier 2/3).
/liliExperience with Git (GitLab) and Ansible for deployment and automation.
/liliFamiliarity with IBM Cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
/liliStrong hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes.
/liliUnderstanding of the Grafana stack (Mimir, Loki, Alloy) and monitoring tools.
/liliProficiency in Linux environments.
/liliScripting ability with Python.
/liliExperience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) and Helm.
/liliBasic knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure configuration.
/liliExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
