What You Will Do In This Role Verify that transport operators are treating all passengers according to their rights. Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with the treatment and follow-up of their legal claims. Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer's claims. Your Qualifications High level of French (C1) and a good level of English (B2). Excellent communication skills. Previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus. Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
