What you will do
* Integrate into a dynamic team, delivering high-quality design solutions
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and design solutions
* Develop user experience strategies and user interface design systems, guiding projects from wireframes to pixel-perfect components
* Scope, estimate, and plan design efforts in collaboration with project managers
* Work with developers to ensure seamless design handoffs and maintain quality throughout the process
* Take ownership of your design work, delivering independently while remaining accountable to team goals
What you’ll bring
* Expertise in UI design, usability, and comparative assessments
* Knowledge of user research, personas, and user journeys
* Experience with content strategy and information architecture
* Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems
* Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
* Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
* Experience designing responsive and adaptive web and mobile applications
* Advanced proficiency in Figma
* Proficiency in HTML/CSS
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
* Familiarity with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects)
* Familiarity with Agile workflows
* Professional proficiency in English
* Strong verbal and visual communication skills
* Independent, with excellent time management abilities
* Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
* Team-oriented with a curious, detail-oriented mindset
