Role Overview
We are hiring German-speaking Contact Centre Agent to join an international customer service operation in Malta. Relocation support is available for candidates currently based abroad.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer contacts related to airline services
* Assist with reservations, changes, and general passenger inquiries
* Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
* Deliver a professional and customer-focused service experience
* Maintain accurate records in internal systems
* Meet service quality and performance targets
Schedule
* Monday to Friday
* Shifts between 09:00 – 18:30
* 8-hour shifts, rotational within the time window
Requirements
* German C2 level (mandatory)
* English C1 level
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work on-site in Malta
* Open to local candidates and candidates currently abroad
* Relocation to Malta is supported
