Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain internal tools and frameworks to streamline platform development and operational workflows.
* Automate infrastructure provisioning using advanced Terraform configurations for scalable, reliable systems.
* Build and operate production-grade Amazon EKS clusters, ensuring high performance and availability.
* Architect AWS-native solutions, integrating AWS services to support complex, cloud-native applications.
* Implement security best practices, including IAM policies and VPC design, to ensure a secure infrastructure.
Requirements
* Proven experience in platform development, with hands-on exposure to building internal tools and frameworks.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or similar for automation and tooling development.
* Advanced expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code, beyond basic resource creation, to manage complex infrastructure setups.
* Extensive experience building and operating production Amazon EKS clusters, with a deep understanding of Kubernetes in real-world environments.
* Strong knowledge of AWS-native architecture, including deep integration of AWS services for scalable, cloud-native solutions.
Bonus:
* Proven ability to implement governance at scale, including enterprise compliance, security frameworks, and organizational policies.
* Experience with change management, successfully implementing platform changes across large, distributed organizations.
* Familiarity with AWS Organizations and multi-
