Experis is recruiting a Senior CRM Marketing Officer to join a fast-growing, international environment. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns, collaborating with international stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of the organization's client engagement and retention strategies.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary liaison for marketing project managers in Paris and coordinate operational activities with the Team Leader.
* Supervise, mentor, and develop the skills of CRM campaign assistants.
* Plan, execute, and manage CRM campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to standards.
* Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and generate actionable insights.
* Prepare regular performance reports for campaigns, highlighting trends and recommendations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
* Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement through data-driven optimization.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems and campaign management.
* Proven experience in executing, monitoring, and optimizing CRM campaigns.
* Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
* Highly organized, rigorous, and communicative with strong project management skills.
