Where will you work? Our client is a global leader in industrial gases and engineering, serving key industries such as chemicals, healthcare, and energy. With operations in over 100 countries, Linde delivers innovative solutions, including gases like oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen, as well as cutting-edge related technologies. What will you do? Lead the development and execution of our B2C digital strategy across all target markets, focusing on webshop optimization, traffic growth, and conversion rate improvement. Design and implement innovative programs to enhance long-term customer value, deepen relationships, and address unmet needs within our patient base. Build and manage a high-performing B2C team, fostering talent development and setting clear KPIs to measure success across digital channels. Collaborate closely with local sales managers and country heads to align B2C initiatives with market-specific needs, ensuring strong strategic partnerships. Identify and capitalize on new digital business opportunities, including product expansion, service enhancements, and digital health solutions. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to expand market reach, boost brand awareness, and attract new patients. Oversee e-commerce P&L, including budget planning, expense management, and revenue forecasting to drive profitable growth. Stay ahead of digital trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements to maintain a cutting-edge, compliant strategy. Drive digitalization and automation efforts, contributing to the company’s broader digital transformation goals. Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years in digital commerce & B2C, with a proven track record of scaling B2C channels. Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and e-commerce (platform management, conversion optimization, analytics). Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or consumer health industries (a plus). Proven ability to maximize customer lifetime value through strategic initiatives. Strong financial acumen, including P&L management experience. Fluent in English + one of the following: Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, or Italian. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage insights for digital transformation.
