Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a central role in delivering smooth, high-quality assistance to a worldwide user base. Requirements
- Proficiency in French (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role
