Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote access
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
* Knowledge of backup applications (Veeam, Barracuda, Commvault)
* Experience with email and spam filtering services (Mimecast, Barracuda, Proofpoint)
* Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
* Switching and routing topologies (VLAN, basic routing protocol knowledge)
* Firewall Technologies (Cisco, FortiGate, Palo Alto)
* Administering Microsoft Windows Active Directory topologies
* In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and SQL Server
* In-depth working knowledge of VMware vSphere 6.0 and above
* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Azure AD / Intune

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced consulting or System Administrator environment
* Knowledge of Linux Administration
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

* Experience in previously supporting managed services customers
