Job Description
As a Strategy and Transaction Consultant, you will play a key role in helping organizations define and execute their transaction strategy leveraging global methodologies, technology, and thought leadership. You will work alongside major players in the market, locally and abroad, in multiple sectors, implementing integrations and/or carve-out strategies in an ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support multiple operational due diligence projects, integration, and carve-out initiatives;
* Define and implement integration strategies focused on day one readiness and 100-day plans;
* Identify, develop, and implement synergies and value creation strategies;
* Design revised organizational structures and target operating models;
* Participate in specific initiatives to find major efficiencies and margins improvement opportunities;
* Develop solutions to client needs through strategic planning activities;
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and mentor professionals in project management and continuous improvement methodologies;
* Act as a mentor and coach junior team members, leading by example;
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Clear understanding of due diligence, integration, and carve-out processes;
* Competencies in continuous improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking);
* Strong project management capabilities (PMI certification is a plus);
* Ability to bridge business and IT environments, linking business and IT strategies and objectives;
* A strategic-focused mindset;
* Client-oriented approach;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to deliver multiple projects and present information clearly and concisely;
* A strong work ethic;
